This Privacy Notice explains how Tucker Health Pte Ltd (“we” or “us”) collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal data in accordance with Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).

This notice applies to Personal Data collected from:

We collect your Personal Data when:

  • You provide it directly to us or through an authorized representative (e.g., a recruiter, spouse)

  • Assess your suitability for a job with us

  • Monitor premises security (e.g., CCTV footage)

  • Support healthcare in relation but not limited to lab tests, imaging, coordinated treatment and care delivery
3. What Happens If You Don’t Provide Your Personal Data

If you choose not to provide or continue to provide specific Personal Data, we may not be able to:

  • Evaluate your job application
  • Contact you
  • Proceed with our business relationship
  • Communicate and coordinate patient care in the most efficient manner

In such cases, we will let you know before ending the process.

4. Disclosure of Your Personal Data to Others

We may share your Personal Data with trusted third parties such as:

  • Service providers
  • Background check agencies
  • IT solution vendors
  • Other business providers
  • Insurance companies
  • Laboratories
  • Imaging centres
  • Third party physicians, consultants and hospitals

These parties may be located in Singapore or overseas. Where applicable, we require they provide a similar level of data protection as required under the PDPA.

5. Withdrawing Consent

You may withdraw your consent to our use of your Personal Data by writing to our Data Protection Officer (contact below). Withdrawal of your consent will not affect prior care or disclosures.

After receiving your request, we may:

  • Need some time to process it (typically within 10 business days)
  • Inform you of any consequences of your withdrawal
  • Not be able to proceed with your job application or engagement with us.
  • Not be able to continue our business arrangement
  • Not be able to coordinate your care with the same degree of efficiency

Note: Even after you withdraw your consent, we may still use your Personal Data if permitted by law.

6. Access and Correction Requests

If you wish to:

  • See what Personal Data, we hold about you
  • Correct or update your Personal Data

Please reach out to our DPO. A small fee may apply for access requests.

We will respond within 30 days or let you know if additional time is required.

7. How We Protect Your Personal Data

We take data protection seriously. Our safeguards include:

  • Secure email and backup systems
  • Data encryption
  • Access controls

We share your Personal Data only with authorized personnel or partners who need it to carry out their work.

However, no online transmission is 100% secure. We consistently review and upgrade our security controls.
